Did you know Priyanka Chopra?
Having started working in her teens, Priyanka’s only mission was to pamper her family, especially her brother, with her hard-earned money. However, there always was a fear lurking that she would spoil him rotten. To balance things off, she became her brother’s disciplinarian elder. So much so that

Priyanka Chopra might come across as a modern-thinking,forthright person but, as a child, she was the most gullible one. Anything her parents and relatives told her, she would believe. So if it meant she had to sit quietly and get her long flowing tresses oiled while her insides were buzzing with mischief, so be it because they said the evil spirits would catch her if she let her hair loose! “It used to be a torture to wait to have it combed and plaited, while all wanted to do was run free and wild,” she admits now.
A feminist by heart and virtue, the easiest way to get PC to do something is to merely tell her, ‘Girls cannot do it’! She will bend backwards and scream and shout but complete the task because ‘Girls CAN!’ Though she was nicknamed Pranks by her classmates at school, the one thing that got this prankster to shut up and sit all dreamy-eyed, was DILWALE DULHANIYA LE JAYENGE. A diehard fan of the film, she would dream of singing ‘Mere khwabon mein jo aaye’ in the rains. For the record, the song would have just been another excuse for her to dance in the rains!
It is very tough to watch a film with PC. Apparently, her friends refuse offers because PC, being a sucker for love and drama, cannot contain her emotions while watching a film. So you will often find her in a theatre weeping her eyes out or laughing really loudly, completely uninhibited.
