Sonakshi Sinha is definitely not known for her biking skills, as in her two films we have seen her essaying the character of innocent girl, but that myth will be broken once you watch the promo of her upcoming film Son of Sardar.
Here the girl is being seen doing Dhoom stunts, which required some confidence building before she took on the mean machine for a small portion of the film. Son of Sardar is all about attitude and it was given that Sonakshi had to do something more than just play a soni kudi.
Ajay Devgn is already riding horses in this rustic 'desi' film while Sanjay Dutt is accentuating his imposing personality by driving powerful jeeps. It was felt that a similar trait had to be added to Sonakshi's characterization as well and this is where it was decided that she would be riding a bike.
If driving a bike straight was by itself a challenging task, what added on to all the fun are some stunts that she has performed in the film. This was done through the help of cables though but the results on screen were more than satisfying.
''What you see on screen is something on the lines of Dhoom series, albeit as a spoof and only for a brief period. Since the film belongs to the seeti maar genre, expect quite a few coming her way for her sardaarni biker act as well,'' informs a unit member.
